Production Member- Production Members may work in a few different positions. These spots include the extrusion or vacuum forming shop. Most of these jobs are divided into 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Qualifications include the ability to qualify on a forklift and a high school diploma or GED.
Maintenance Technician- They are responsible for electronic equipment in the production facility. Machine repair and forklift operation are valued skills for this position. Again, a high school diploma or GED is required.
Accountant- This individual is responsible for payroll and journal keeping. Although a bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred, relevant experience can replace that. Judgement and tact are required skills.
Internship- This may be a gateway to a full-time position. Pay may be low initially but if you are pursuing a degree and looking for experience this could be the way to go.
