Does 3M Hire Felons?

3M is a manufacturing company whose headquarters are located in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Formerly under the name of Minnesota Manufacturing Company, the corporation has branched out and has subsidiaries worldwide.

Felonies and charges can be placed on your record for a number of reasons. Regardless of the charges, the fact of the matter is that getting a job as a felon is hard.

Not many companies are transparent with their policies regarding felons and employment. It would be a lot easier if companies included on their postings whether or not felons may apply without judgement. These are barriers that discourage felons from exercising their right to work.
